Installation Modes

Table 3 lists the verified Nginx versions and supported OS versions.

Installation Mode	Description
Installing Nginx by Compiling Source Code	Installs Nginx from the source code. Manually downloads the Nginx source code.
Installing Nginx Using the Mirror Site RPM Package	Downloads the RPM package from the mirror site and installs Nginx. Manually downloads the Nginx RPM package from the mirror site.
Installing Nginx by Using the Yum Source Obtained from a Mirror Site	Downloads the RPM package by configuring the network source of the mirror site and installs Nginx. Requires that the server can access the external network. Configures the network source to automatically download the RPM package from the mirror site.
(Recommended) Installing Nginx Using the One-Click Script	Installs Nginx by executing the automation script. Implements one-click compilation, deployment, and optimization.
