VM Account Login Failure During VM Startup
Symptom
On a server powered by the new Kunpeng 920 processor model and running openEuler 24.03 LTS SP2, there is a low probability that the VM account fails to log in for VM startup. The guest OS does not respond when the user accesses the VM through the serial port.

Key Process and Cause Analysis
During VM startup, there is a possibility that the rootfs fails to be mounted. As a result, the guest OS cannot be logged in to. The VM serial port logs show that no rootfs file system is mounted to the running VM.

Conclusion and Solution
Try restarting the cVM for several times until the confidential VM is successfully started.
