Procedure

1. Verify the built-in test cases.

   cd /path/to/hmmer/hmmer--3.3.2/tutorial
   hmmbuild globins4.hmm globins4.sto

   If the following information is displayed, the verification is successful.

   

   hmmsearch globins4.hmm globins45.fa > globins4.out

   If the following information is displayed, the verification is successful.
