Symptom |
When XPlayer is used for hardware decoding, there is a possibility that the video decoding mode is switched from hardware decoding to software decoding. As a result, the Kbox hardware decoding capability cannot be stably used. The Kbox hardware decoding capability is incompatible with XPlayer. |
Root Cause |
NETINT destruction or initialization occasionally responds slowly. As a result, XPlayer detects that the hardware decoding capability is insufficient, and software decoding is used instead. |
Impact |
There is a low probability that the container is switched from hardware decoding to software decoding, which does not affect playback. |
Workaround |
XPlayer has strict requirements on the response time of the hardware decoding interface. After software decoding is used, video playback is not affected. Therefore, no workaround is provided. |
Solution |
Work with NITINT to locate the cause of slow response. |

Symptom |
If a single T432 card is used for 64-channel H.265 hardware decoding and the built-in gallery of Kbox is used to play the decoded video, a black screen is displayed. |
Root Cause |
Dynamic libraries at the decoder's adaptation layer do not match the firmware version. As a result, a black screen is displayed. |
Impact |
The T432 cannot function as expected. |
Workaround |
Upgrade the firmware to T432 v3.3.3. |
Solution |
After v3.3.3 meet the 64-channel decoding specifications, upgrade the firmware to v3.3.3. |
