Seismic Data Processing
In oil and gas exploration, successful reservoir identification relies on complex processing (denoising, deconvolution, and stacking) of massive seismic datasets.
The computational demands are immense, driven by PB-scale raw data, frequent I/O, and highly parallel, compute-intensive workloads. To address this necessity, leading industry applications are actively migrating to the Kunpeng platform. GeoFast has already completed its porting, while π-Frame and other key applications are currently in transition. This strategic move is critical for achieving the superior performance required for faster and more reliable exploration results.
