Restart a video stream cloud phone.

#./cfct_video restart ${index1} ${index2}

In the preceding command, ${index1} and ${index2} indicate instance IDs, and ${index2} can be left blank.

Example: # ./cfct_video restart 2 (Restart instance 2.)

# ./cfct_video restart 2 5 (Restart instances 2 to 5.)
