Deploying the Basic Environment for the Kbox Container

In the "Binding NICs to CPUs" section in the feature guide, the core binding policy of the video stream cloud phone determines that the first two CPU cores of each NUMA node are reserved. Bind NIC interrupts to the reserved CPU cores of the NUMA node to which the NIC belongs.
