Interface for Obtaining the Number of Available Devices

Prototype	int wd_get_available_dev_num(const char *algorithm)
Function	Obtain the number of available devices using a specified algorithm.
Input Description	algorithm: algorithm name
Output Description	None
Return Value Description	0 or a larger value: number of available devices A negative value: failure
Usage Instruction	It is a maintenance and debugging interface that supports multiple threads and processes.
Precautions	When the number of available queues of a device is 0, the system considers the device as unavailable.
