After the BIOS is upgraded to 6.56 and the server is restarted, there is a possibility that the encoding card chip is missing.

After the server is restarted, the encoding card chip is missing. This problem occurs at a low probability and can be solved after the server is restarted again, which affects user experience.

If the T432 encoding card is used, the density of cloud phones is affected when this problem occurs.

1. Use the iBMC to set the server fan modules to the high-performance mode.
2. Occasional identification failure: The fault can be rectified after the device is powered off and restarted.
3. Pins damaged due to collision: Contact the encoding card manufacturer to replace the damaged one.

1. The T432 encoding card is not within the sales scope of Huawei. A message indicating missing T432 chip can be added to the restrictions and a workaround description can be added to related documents to notify customers of this problem.
2. This trouble ticket is left unsolved. Follow up with the final location result of the encoding card manufacturer.

When XPlayer is used for hardware decoding, there is a possibility that the video decoding mode is switched from hardware decoding to software decoding. As a result, the Kbox hardware decoding capability cannot be stably used. The Kbox hardware decoding capability is incompatible with XPlayer.

NETINT destruction or initialization occasionally responds slowly. As a result, XPlayer detects that the hardware decoding capability is insufficient, and software decoding is used instead.

There is a low probability that the container is switched from hardware decoding to software decoding, which does not affect playback.

XPlayer has strict requirements on the response time of the hardware decoding interface. After software decoding is used, video playback is not affected. Therefore, no workaround is provided.

Work with NITINT to locate the cause of slow response.
