Symptom |
The music playback process remains after the button in the multi-window screen is used to kill KuGou. |
Root Cause |
The process killing API is not invoked when the app is killed in the multi-window screen. It is suspected that the app bypasses the process killing API through some detection. |
Impact |
The process cannot be killed in the multi-window screen, but can be killed in the notification panel or app info screen. |
Workaround |
Kill the app in the notification panel or forcibly stop the app in the app info screen. |
Solution |
The issue is being located. |
