Constraints

Before deploying the Kubernetes NUMA affinity scheduling plugin, make sure that the server, Kubernetes cluster, and containerd versions meet the requirements described in this document. This is to ensure proper running and functioning of the plugin.

The Kubernetes NUMA affinity scheduling plugin supports NUMA affinity optimization of the Kubernetes cluster on servers powered by Kunpeng 920 processors. In addition, the Kubernetes cluster must use containerd as the container runtime, and the Kubernetes and containerd versions must meet the compatibility requirements listed in Table 1.

The running of the Kubernetes NUMA affinity scheduling plugin depends on the Kubernetes cluster and containerd container runtime. Before deployment, ensure that the network configuration of the Kubernetes cluster is correct and container instances can be deployed and run properly.
