Availability
Before configuring vKAE, you are required to use KAE 2.0 and install the KAE license on a physical machine.
- License: Before configuring the vKAE feature, you are required to install the corresponding license on the physical machine. Successful installation of the license is the prerequisite for the OS to identify and utilize the accelerator. For details about how to apply for a license, see Obtaining a License in the Accelerator User Guide (KAE). The hardware acceleration engine built in TaiShan K series servers is enabled by default. You do not need to apply for or install a license.
- Version: KAE 2.0, which contains multiple key components, including the KAE kernel driver, UADK framework, KAE OpenSSL engine, and KAEZlib.
