Restarting an Instruction Stream Cloud Phone

Use the cfct script to restart an instruction stream cloud phone.

./cfct restart kbox_${kbox_id}

If an instruction stream cloud phone goes offline due to server restart, you can also use the preceding method to restart the cloud phone.
