Symptom |
During the long-term stable running of the instruction stream engine, 15 cloud phones use XPlayer to play videos. One of the 15 cloud phones displays a message indicating that no response is returned from XPlayer and the client exits unexpectedly. |
Root Cause |
According to the logs, the heartbeat between the VmiAgent and XPlayer processes is disconnected, and the VmiAgent reclaims the pipe for cross-process data transmission. However, the cause is unknown and needs to be further analyzed based on logs. |
Impact |
If a message is displayed indicating that no response is returned from XPlayer, exit XPlayer. Otherwise, the client may exit unexpectedly after a period of time. In this case, you can reconnect to the client. |
Workaround |
If no response is returned from XPlayer or the screen is not updated, you can exit XPlayer. If the client exits unexpectedly, you can reconnect the client. |
