Supported Networking Modes

Gazelle supports multiple networking modes. The installation and usage of Gazelle are basically the same in different networking modes.

Currently, Gazelle supports the following networking modes:

• Physical machine single instance
• KVM: virtio-net and virtual function (VF) passthrough
• Docker container: VF passthrough and host modes
• Kernel eXpress Data Path (XDP)-based IPvlan mode (This mode applies to physical machine, KVM, and Docker.)
