Node Status Changes to Offline
Symptom
The node status changes from successful installation to offline.
Possible Cause
The server and agent certificates of the node are not updated synchronously.
Troubleshooting Procedure
- Regenerate a certificate.
Click Generate Certificate on the agent service certificate page to generate a certificate.
- Check the node information.
Check whether the offline node is a local node or a manually added one. If it is a local node, perform steps 3 and 4. If it is a manually added node, perform only step 4.
- Replace the certificate.
Replace the server certificate of the offline node.
Replace the agent certificate of the offline node.
- Check the node status.
After a period of time, the node status changes to online.
