Viewing the Migration Progress
The migration tool simplifies migration operations and displays the migration progress information.
Prerequisites
- You have logged in to the Kunpeng DevKit.
- You have created a system migration project.
Important Notes
Projects cannot be deleted in the migration implementation phase.
Procedure
- Go to the Implement Migration page to view the migration progress.Figure 1 Migration implementation
During a system migration, if the migration progress of a node remains unchanged for a long time, you can continue to wait or skip the current stage. Skipping the current stage will roll back the data migrated in the current stage.
- Click
to view the node migration progress. See Figure 2. - After the task in the current stage is complete, for example, a database migration task, click Migration Guide to view the guidance suggestion.Figure 3 Guidance suggestion
- Click the assessment report in the upper part of the page to view the target components and migration solutions.Figure 4 Migration assessment report
- Return to the migration implementation page. A migration task supports the following operations:
- Downloading logs: After a migration task is complete on a node, you can download the system migration logs of the node. After a task is canceled, you also can download logs to view details about the previous migration process.
- Viewing reports: After a migration task is complete on a node, you can view the migration report for the node. You can also click Close in the lower right corner to close the report tab page.
- Suspending a migration task: The migration task will be suspended after the current phase is complete. Tasks in the Migrated state and tasks whose migration progress has entered the last phase cannot be suspended.
- Canceling a migration task: The migration task will be canceled after the current phase is complete and all migrated data will be rolled back. A task in the Migrated state cannot be canceled.
- Resuming a migration task: You can resume a suspended migration task.
- Restarting a migration task: The restart operation is available only for awaiting migration tasks whose nodes are not occupied. After the restart is complete, the previous reports and migration results will be overwritten.
You can batch suspend, cancel, resume, or restart all migration tasks. If a node in a project is occupied, you cannot batch restart all tasks. In this case, restart the target task separately or wait until the node is released.
- After all tasks are complete, click View Migration Result.
