Resetting a Password
Prerequisites
You have logged in to the Kunpeng DevKit.
Only the administrator devadmin can reset passwords.
Procedure
- Click
in the upper right corner. Choose General Settings > User Management. The user management page is displayed. - Locate the user whose password needs to be reset, and click Reset Password. The Reset Password dialog box is displayed, as shown in Figure 1. Table 1 describes the parameters.

Description
User Name
Name of the user whose password needs to be reset. It cannot be changed when you change the password.
Workspace
Root directory of the code uploaded by the user. It cannot be changed when you change the password.
Administrator Password
Password of the administrator.
New Password
Password of the user to be added. The password must meet the following complexity requirements:
- Contain 8 to 32 characters.
- Contain at least two types of the following characters: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, digits, and special characters `~!@#$%^&*()-_=+\|[{}];:'",<.>/?
- Cannot contain any space.
- Cannot be the same as the user name or the user name in reverse order.
- Cannot contain more than two consecutive characters of the user name.
- Cannot be a password in the weak password dictionary.
Confirm Password
Password re-entered for confirmation.
- Reset the password according to Table 1 and click OK.
After your password is reset when you are still logged-in, you will be automatically logged out to the login page. Then you need to use the new password to log in again.
