Overview

The Kunpeng accelerator engine (KAE) is a hardware acceleration solution provided by Kunpeng servers based on the Kunpeng 920 processor. KAE encryption and decryption is a submodule of the KAE. KAE encryption and decryption are used to improve the processing speed of encryption and decryption algorithms (such as the RSA2048 algorithm) during the SSL/TLS handshake. The RSA2048 algorithm is frequently invoked for HTTPS short connections. Therefore, KAE encryption and decryption can greatly improve the performance of HTTPS short connections.
