Environment Requirements

To use Elasticsearch smoothly and securely, ensure that your environment is one of the verified environments.

Table 2-1 lists the hardware requirements.

Table 2 and Table 3 describe the OS compatible with Elasticsearch and the software and dependencies required for porting Elasticsearch.
