"no such device" Displayed When KAE Is Installed Using an RPM Package

Symptom

When KAE is installed using an RPM package, the error message "modprobe: ERROR: could not insert 'hisi_rde': No such device" is displayed.

The possible cause is that the KAE hardware is not enabled, that is, there is no valid license.
