Installing HW265Enc

This section describes how to install and uninstall HW265Enc. An uninstallation may affect service running. Exercise caution when performing this operation.

1. Obtain the BoostKit-boostmedia-hw265enc-*.zip binary package based on Software Environment and upload it to any directory (for example, ~/dependency/). Decompress the package to obtain the bin, include, and lib folders.

   cd ~/dependency
   unzip BoostKit-boostmedia-hw265enc-*.zip

2. (Optional) Uninstall HW265Enc.

   Delete the bin, include, and lib folders.
