Symptom

Spark jobs are abnormally terminated and the following error information is recorded in the log: "ERROR: The software cannot run normally, please confirm the processor model."

Cause Analysis

The library supports only the Kunpeng architecture. If you run the library on a server that does not use the Kunpeng architecture, the error "The software cannot run normally" will be reported.

Handling Procedure

Check whether the operating environment is based on Kunpeng processors. The algorithm library can run only on servers that are based on Kunpeng processors.
