Drive Hot Swap Fault

Symptom

When a drive is hot swapped, the drive letter changes. As a result, the BDM reports that the corresponding partition cannot be found.

Cause Analysis

After the drive is hot swapped, the drive management information (such as views and FDs) stored in the drive becomes invalid. As a result, the partition corresponding to the drive cannot be found.

Solution

• This problem does not affect upper-layer services. The drive will be removed from the cluster.
• The problem has been reported. The drive can be connected after the latest Global Cache version supports the drive.
