Introduction

This section describes how to expand the capacity of the BCM ZooKeeper cluster and CCM ZooKeeper cluster.

After the ZooKeeper cluster capacity expansion is complete, the new cluster configuration takes effect immediately for running client applications and Global Cache server processes (the CCM process and the Global Cache process). However, you need to manually modify ZooKeeper configurations related to Global Cache to ensure that the latest ZooKeeper cluster configuration takes effect after applications or services are restarted.

ZooKeeper cluster scale-in is not supported.
