Failed to Verify the TA Certificate

When the TA is being loaded, the following error occurs in tlogcat. The TA certificate fails to be verified.

The config binary used for TA compilation does not match the TA private key.

The TA certificate fails to be verified.

Check whether the TA private key (.pem) used for TA compilation matches the config binary.
