Basic Python Functions in a Container

Verify that the TEE OS supports Python applications running in a container.

The TEE OS environment that supports high-level languages has been deployed.

1. Upgrade the environment from a common OS to the TEE (confidential OS).
2. Install the Python interpreter on the host.
3. Build a Python sample image and start the container based on the image.
4. Check the running result of the test sample in the container.

The Python test sample is running properly.
