Updated the KADD feature.

• SQLi: Released KADD SQL injection detection library 1.0.0 for the first time. It is a hybrid detection solution based on the DFA state machine and machine learning. It provides high-performance detection for SQL injection attacks and supports text feature extraction and batch inference optimization.
• PI: Released jailbreak text detection. It is a hybrid detection solution based on the LERT model and rules, which supports three-level detection with dynamic blocklist/trustlist updates, regular expression rule matching, and ONNX model inference, and provides Python APIs.
