No Scan Result for GROMACS in Matricization Check

Symptom

No scan result is provided for GROMACS in matricization check.

Possible Causes

A dependency header file is generated when building a GROMACS application. The generated header files will be compiled together with other files.

If you have not obtained this header file and use the original application source code for matricization check, an incomplete AST file will be generated due to the lack of the header file. As a result, the scan result is incomplete or no scan result is generated.

Procedure

1. Build an application using the GROMACS application source code on the Kunpeng platform.
2. Use the built source code to perform matricization check.
