Uninstalling the Kunpeng DevKit

Prerequisites

• No tasks are running.
• The remote server is running properly.

Procedure

1. Open the uninstallation page.
   • If you have not logged in: On the Kunpeng DevKit configuration guide page, click in the upper right corner and select Uninstall Kunpeng DevKit from the drop-down list. In the dialog box that is displayed, click OK.
   • If you have logged in: Go to the Kunpeng DevKit page, click in the navigation tree on the left, and select Uninstall Kunpeng DevKit from the drop-down list. In the dialog box that is displayed, click OK.
2. In the dialog box that is displayed, as shown in Figure 1, set the parameters. Table 1 describes the parameters.

   Then click Next. If the connection fails, modify the parameters as prompted and retry the connection. When the message "SSH connection check succeeded" is displayed, the system automatically uninstalls the DevKit plugin.

   Parameter	Description
   IP Address	IP address of the server where the tool is to be uninstalled.
   SSH Port	SSH port of the server where the tool is to be uninstalled.
   SSH Connection Mode	The options are: Password authentication Key authentication NOTE: If you select Key authentication, import the id_rsa private key file. For details, see Configuring Public and Private Keys on Windows. After importing the private key file, enter the passphrase of the private key file.
   Server User Name	User name for logging in to the server OS hosting the Kunpeng DevKit to be uninstalled.
   Server Password	Password for logging in to the server OS hosting the Kunpeng DevKit to be uninstalled.

3. During the uninstallation, enter the following information as prompted:
   • Password of the root user of the server
   • Kunpeng DevKit uninstallation confirmation
4. If a message is displayed stating that the Kunpeng DevKit is uninstalled successfully, click Close to complete the uninstallation.
   

   • If you type y or Y and press Enter when "A task is running. Are you sure you want to uninstall porting advisor?(y/n)" is displayed, the task in progress will be stopped.
   • The uninstallation will completely clear the tool installation history.
