Failed to Remotely Install the Kunpeng DevKit on a Server Using the Kunpeng DevKit Plugin

Symptom

When the Kunpeng DevKit VS Code plugin on Windows 10 is used to remotely install the Kunpeng DevKit on a server, a message is displayed indicating that the installation fails.

Possible Causes

The DevKit may not have been uninstalled before it is reinstalled.

Troubleshooting Procedure

Reinstall the DevKit in the backend (see Installation). Before the reinstallation, check whether an earlier version has been installed. If an earlier version already exists, uninstall it and then manually install the new version.
