Viewing Analysis Results

Prerequisites

A network I/O diagnosis task has been created and the analysis is complete.

Procedure

  1. In the System Diagnosis area on the left, click the name of the target analysis task.

    The node list is displayed.

  2. Click the name of the target node to view the analysis results.

    Click the node name. The Connectivity dial test tab page is displayed by default, as shown in Figure 1. Table 1 describes the parameters.

    • If the connectivity dialing test is successful, the dialing test KPI chart is connected. Click the server. The configuration information is displayed. If the connectivity dialing test fails, the dialing test KPI is disconnected. The dialing test failure cause and suggestions are displayed.
    • After the dialing test is successful, click Configuration information under the server icon. The server configuration is displayed in a dialog box.

    Select UDP dial test, as shown in Figure 4. Table 4 describes the parameters.

  3. Click the Network Load tab.

    View the analysis results on the Network Load tab, as shown in Figure 5. Table 5 describes the parameters.

    • In the CPU Usage area, you can select CPU core or NUMA node from the drop-down list to view details.
    • You can select a NIC from the drop-down list to view the network throughput diagram.

  4. Click the Packet loss diagnosis tab.

    View the analysis results of packet loss diagnosis, as shown in Figure 7. Table 7 describes the parameters.

    Click Viewing Troubleshooting Suggestions to view the troubleshooting suggestions provided by the system.

    If the icon is displayed next to a parameter, you can click the icon to search for the parameter.

  5. Click the Network Packet Capture tab.

    View the analysis results of network packet capture, as shown in Figure 8. Table 8 describes the parameters.

  6. Click the Task Information tab to view the detailed configuration and sampling information about the task on the current node.

    If a task fails to be executed, the failure cause will be displayed on the Task Information tab page.

    If some data fails to be collected but the overall task execution is not affected, you can view the exception message in Exception Information.

    Collection End Cause displays the reason why the data collection of the current task ends, for example, "Task collection times up" or "File size reaches the collection limit."
