/opt is the tool installation directory. Replace it with the actual directory.

Check whether the dependency dictionary file exists in the corresponding directory, and whether the file format and size are correct. The dependency dictionary package is uploaded repeatedly.	The dependency dictionary package has been manually uploaded to the server.	Delete the dependency dictionary package from opt/DevKit/config/dependency_dictionary.
Failed to upload the dependency dictionary package.	The current dependency dictionary is of the latest version.	No upgrade is required.
