Failed to Deploy the General Computing Application SDK

Symptom

The general computing application SDK fails to be deployed. The following is an example of the error information. Rectify the fault based on the actual error information.

  • Error 1: The SDK installation is not supported on the target server.
  • Error 2: The SHA256 value of the Kunpeng SDK fails to be verified. Upload the Kunpeng SDK downloaded from the official website.
  • Error 3: The target server does not support the uploaded SDK installation package. Upload the installation package of the corresponding OS downloaded from the official website.
  • Error 4: The task fails to be executed. For details, see the background log /xxx/DevKit/logs/devtools/devtools.log.
  • Error 5: The Kunpeng SDK software package does not match the OS version. For details about the supported versions, visit the Kunpeng community. Try again or select another local SDK file and upload it.
  • Error 6: A file with the same name exists in the target system. Check whether the rpm/deb file of the target SDK exists in the storage directory of the target server.

/xxx/ indicates the DevKit installation path.

Possible Causes

  • Error 1: The OS of the target server is not CentOS 7.6, openEuler 20.03 LTS, openEuler 20.03 LTS SP1, or Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS.
  • Error 2: The uploaded SDK installation package is not the latest version or the package is faulty.
  • Errors 3, 4, and 5: The uploaded SDK does not match the target server OS.
  • Error 6: During project creation, a file with the same name exists in the specified storage directory on the target node.

Troubleshooting Procedure

  • Error 1: Select another server to deploy the SDK.
  • Error 2: Download the latest SDK installation package, upload it, and try again.
  • Errors 3, 4, and 5: Download the SDK installation package that matches the target server OS, upload it, and try again.
  • Error 6: Select another storage directory on the target node or delete the file with the same name from the storage directory.
