Syntax Not Highlighted

Symptom

The syntax is not highlighted after the plugin is properly installed and configured.

Possible Causes

VS Code is not restarted after the syntax file changes.

Troubleshooting Procedure

Click Yes in the dialog box that is displayed to restart VS Code.
