Symptom
The data compression application SDK fails to be deployed. The following is an example of the error information. Rectify the fault based on the actual error information.
Figure 1 Example of error information

- Error 1: The SDK installation is not supported on the target server.
- Error 2: The kunpeng-sdk software package does not match the OS version. For details about the supported versions, visit the Kunpeng community.
- Error 3: The SDK installation is terminated. As a result, the SDK deployment fails.
- Error 4: During SDK installation, clicking Cancel in the installation dialog box causes the SDK deployment to fail.
- Error 5: A file with the same name exists in the target system. Check whether the rpm/deb file of the target SDK exists in the storage directory of the target server.
Possible Causes
- Error 1: The OS of the target server is not openEuler 20.03 LTS SP1, openEuler 22.03 LTS SP1, or Kylin V10 SP1.
- Error 2: The uploaded SDK software package does not match the target OS.
- Errors 3 and 4: The SDK installation is terminated, or the open source library already exists but the installation is not overwritten in the front end. See Figure 2.
The possible cause of the Install SDK dialog box appearing is that the data I/O SDK has been installed or the data compression SDK has not been completely uninstalled.
- Error 5: During project creation, a file with the same name exists in the specified storage directory on the target node.
Troubleshooting Procedure
- Error 1: Select another server to deploy the SDK.
- Error 2: Upload the SDK installation package that matches the target OS.
- Errors 3 and 4: Confirm the overwrite installation when the system prompts you. Alternatively, uninstall the backend files and reinstall them. You can check whether the files in the installation directory structure have been completely uninstalled based on Table 1 and Table 2.
- Error 5: Select another storage directory on the target node or delete the file with the same name from the storage directory.
