ERROR: Can not perform a '--user' install. User site-packages are not visible in this virtualenv.

Solution: Delete --user from the pip install command in gcc-12.3.1-2025.12-aarch64-linux/bin/install_ai4c.sh.

pip._vendor.urllib3.exceptions.ReadTimeoutError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='files.pythonhosted.org', port=443): Read timed out

Solution: Specify the PyPI image source in the pip install command in the install_ai4c.sh script.
