Node Status Changes to Offline
Symptom
The node status changes from successful installation to offline.
Possible Cause
The server certificate and agent service certificate are not updated on the node.
Troubleshooting Procedure
- Regenerate a certificate.
On the agent service certificate page, click Replace Certificate to replace the current certificate with the latest one.
- Check the node information.
Check whether the offline node is a local node or a manually added one. If it is a local node, perform steps 3 and 4. If it is a manually added node, perform only step 4.
- Replace the certificate.
- Check the node status.
After a period of time, the node status changes to online.
