Obtaining the Source Code

Procedure

1. Download the AutoDock installation package autodocksuite-4.2.6-src.tar.gz.

   http://autodock.scripps.edu/downloads/autodock-registration/tars/dist426/autodocksuite-4.2.6-src.tar.gz

2. Use an SFTP tool to upload the AutoDock installation package to the /path/to/autodock directory on the server.
