Running and Verification

Procedure

1. Use PuTTY to log in to the server as the root user.
2. Perform a test case.

   cd /path/to /circos/circos-0.69-9/example/
   rm -rf *.svg *.png
   ../bin/circos  -conf  ./etc/circos.conf

   On Windows, view the .png and .svg files generated in the current directory.
