Paths for Software Porting

This chapter lists the software installation paths involved in the EMAN2 software porting.

1	Setting up the basic environment	Installation path of each software package required for setting up the basic environment.	See "Paths for Software Porting" in Basic Environment Setup Guide.
2	/root/anaconda3	Installation path of Anaconda.	The installation paths provided here are only an example. Shared paths are recommended. All the paths used in commands in this document need to be replaced with the actual paths planned during the installation process.
3	/path/to/EMAN2	Installation path of EMAN2.
