Obtaining Source Code

Procedure

1. Download the FastTree C code FastTree.c from the following link:

   http://meta.microbesonline.org/fasttree/FastTree.c

2. Use an SFTP tool to upload the downloaded installation package to the /path/to/FastTree directory on the server.
