Viewing the Running Result

  1. Run the test case.
    metaphlan SRS014470-Tongue_dorsum.fasta.gz --input_type fasta > SRS014470-Tongue_dorsum_profile.txt

  2. View the output file.
    ls -ltr

  3. View the running result.
    less -S SRS014470-Tongue_dorsum.fasta.gz.bowtie2out.txt

    less -S SRS014470-Tongue_dorsum_profile.txt
