Obtaining the Source Code

Procedure

1. Download the NAMD installation package. (You need to register an account for the download.)

   https://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Research/namd

2. Use an SFTP tool to upload the NAMD installation package to the /path/to/NAMD directory on the server.
