Obtaining the Source Code

Procedure

1. Download the PETSc installation package.

   https://github.com/petsc/petsc/archive/refs/heads/release-3.16.zip

2. Use an SFTP tool to upload the PETSc installation package to the /path/to/petsc directory on the server.
