Running and Verification

Procedure

1. Use PuTTY to log in to the server as the root user.
2. Go to the Prodigal directory.

   cd /path/to/PRODIGAL/Prodigal-2.6.3

3. Start the running.

   ./prodigal

   

   The program is running properly.
