Introduction
The decontam package provides simple statistical methods to identify and visualize contaminating DNA features. It provides a simple interface that takes in your table of sequence features (ASVs, OTUs, MAGs, genera, etc), and classifies each sequence feature as a contaminant based on signatures of contamination that have been demonstrated over many previous studies.
