Obtaining the Source Code

Procedure

1. Use the R language to install the software. You do not need to download the source package.
2. (Optional) Download the Grohmm installation package groHMM_1.30.1.tar.gz.

   http://bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/src/contrib/groHMM_1.30.1.tar.gz

   (Optional) Use an SFTP tool to upload the Grohmm installation packages to the /path/to/GROHMM directory on the server.
