Obtaining the Source Code

Use the R language to install the software. You do not need to download the source package.
(Optional) Download the multiHiCcompare installation package multiHiCcompare_1.14.0.tar.gz.
http://bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/src/contrib/multiHiCcompare_1.14.0.tar.gz
(Optional) Use an SFTP tool to upload the multiHiCcompare installation packages to the /path/to/MULTIHICCOMPARE directory on the server.
