Obtaining the Source Code

Procedure

1. Download the mothur installation package mothur-1.48.tar.gz.

   https://github.com/mothur/mothur/archive/refs/tags/v1.48.0.tar.gz

2. Use an SFTP tool to upload the mothur installation package to the /path/to/mothur directory on the server.
